The Hunton Group ( ) has a new and exciting opportunity for you to join our organization as aWarehouse Associate. You will be responsible for the coordination of the warehouse on-site activities; managing receipt, stocking, and shipping of products; staging and delivering customer orders; and all purchasing transactions with Trane and local vendors.   • Responsible for staging, shipping, and receiving parts, equipment, and supplies.

  • Responsible for inventory control and entering inventory into software system.

  • Responsible for determining inventory levels, identifying, and disposing of excess and obsolete inventory, and maintaining system inventory accuracy.

  • Filing of M/Ss, freight bills of lading, equipment packing slips, etc. for inventory reconciliation and audit purposes.

  • Responsible for filing of freight claims for damaged goods.

  • Manages receipt, inspecting, and stocking products.

  • Pull and put away equipment on pallets or boxes using a forklift.

  • Post orders in the system as they are returned back from the warehouse.

  • Proper filing each day of orders that were posted.

  • May deliver parts to customer locations or job sites as needed.

  • Practices safe material handling techniques always.

  • Proper archiving of dated material in file rack area.

  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.

  • Organize paperwork prior to shipments to assure everything is there.

  • Respond to emails and answer phone calls in a timely manner.


  • Good verbal and written communication skills.

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

  • Flexibility to work overtime/weekends, as required.

  • Forklift certified, preferred.

  • HVAC experience desired.


  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • At least 2-5 years of proven forklift experience.
