▶ About This Opportunity
To manage, coordinate and execute across the company all aspects of Branded Fuel locations.
Work with our branded fuel suppliers to ensure we are executing their marketing and loyalty programs, as well as networking internally to ensure compliance & best value proposition. Provides transparency on success, failure, performance, and projections to executive leadership through metrics analysis and reporting.
Work cross functionally as project liaison with Store Operations, Branded Suppliers, Gasoline Operations, Procurement, Environmental Compliance and Transportation for the timing and implementation of Corporate and Fuel department strategies, as well as, coordination of Supply Distribution, Forecasting, Origin and Destination Scheduling, Pricing, and Accounting
Determine scope of work requirements with Gasoline Asset Integration, Remodel and Development Project Managers for current and potential Branded Fuels projects
Awareness of Brand importance and the ability to prioritize business objectives while maintaining relationships with various supply and logistics counterparts
Corporate Acquisition and Organic Strategy Planning. Tasks include working with Real Estate, Construction, Legal, Mergers and Acquisitions, Planning and Fuels (both Retail and Wholesale) on identifying Brand Strength in specific markets that align internally with Supply in order to optimize costs and logistics for maximizing ROIC. Responsibilities also include verification of existing contractual commitments for Wholesale (CODO/COCM) transfers to Retail and BCP Buybacks to include assumption of obligations or negotiating terms for new business
Contract negotiation/execution w/ Legal for new & existing business w/ multiple Brand Partners
Responsible for Review and follow through of Branded Marketing programs to include Loyalty, Fleet, Mystery Shop and miscellaneous programs as required by our contract commitments
Project analysis and strategy development with Fuels Leadership Team
Review monthly P&L and volume analysis specific to branded sites
Process Planning identification to build efficiencies
Commitment to Special Projects and working sessions to improve overall execution and documentation to support Retail Fuels
Strong ability to recognize, capture and execute opportunities
Demonstrates leadership and communication skills necessary to influence, execute and implement strategies with all levels of the Organization
Ability to represent the Organization in a professional manner to multiple business partners, Internal/External counterparts and vendors
Desire to take on adhoc tasks and is open to learning and engaging with various departments to support the Strategic Growth plans within the Organization
Education: Bachelors/4 Year Degree
Experience: 4-6 years, Fuels
Team leader/ coaching and project management skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong analytical decision making abilities
In-depth industry knowledge preferred
