Human Resources develops and implements people strategies to support Wells Fargo’s business objectives. This group manages compensation and benefits, human resource service centers, systems and payroll, finance, team member relations and assistance, talent management, learning and development, and recruiting. We work together as One HR to make Wells Fargo an employer of choice. Our operating foundation is based on our ability to operate efficiently, develop HR team members, strengthen controls, and scale technology infrastructure.

Responsible for broad scope of eLearning technologies, approaches, and solutions designed to meet Wells Fargo and business unit needs. Designs new web-enabled solutions based on consultation with enterprise instructional design teams using programming languages (HTML5, JavaScript, Node.js, etc). Leads technical writing, documentation, and quality assurance for web-enabled solutions. Utilizes exceptional communication, relationship management, influence, and developing negotiation skills, applicable across functions/businesses to help coordinate teams during solution development.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in technology, learning and development, or a combination of both

Desired Qualifications:

  • Extensive technical writing skills

  • Knowledge and understanding of technical documentation

  • Knowledge and understanding of Quality Assurance (QA) testing

  • Knowledge and understanding of LMS/LRS/LCMS environments such as SCORM/xAPI (Tin Can) or other LMS communication protocols

  • Experience with HTML5

  • Knowledge and understanding of Node.js

  • Experience with one or a combination of the following technologies: virtual reality, augmented reality, and Unity 3D

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills

  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills

  • Experience building partnerships and consulting effectively with leadership

  • Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Ability to travel up to 5% of the time
