The HR Benefits & Training Specialist will report to the VP, Talent Development.

Your Job:

  • Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance

  • Liaison between other departments or functions (Payroll, Benefits, Marketing, Sales etc.)

  • Support the HR Onboarding process for all new hires

  • Support recruiters with recruitment matters, coordination of interviews and post-offer onboarding process

  • Schedule new hires for onboarding meetings and new hire training

  • Assist the Manager, Corporate Training with coordinating New Hire Training (assisting with employee travel plans, new hire training date coordination and agenda, dinners, events, etc.)

  • Plan, schedule and coordinate team and office events and outings

  • Manage multiple spreadsheets related to projects

  • Benefits administration to include open enrollment, claims resolution, change reporting, and communicating benefits information

  • Scanning and filing of new employee documents, department termination files, and other documents as needed

You are:

  • Organized: Exceptional detail-oriented, proven ability to create simple, sustainable and organized processes

  • Confidential: Manage sensitive information with discretion and maintain a professional demeanor with a high regard for confidentiality

  • Tech-Savvy: GSuite, Microsoft Office and HRIS Platforms


  • 1-3 years previous experience in a complex, fast paced environment

  • Knowledge of HR practices and principles preferred but not required

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required

  • Paycom experience is a plus
