Job Overview : The Infrastructure Technology Lead Analyst is an intermediate level role responsible for assisting with LAN / WAN and help desk administration activities, including network maintenance, technical guidance, and security in coordination with the Technology Infrastructure team. The overall objective is to use infrastructure technology knowledge and identified policies to process data, resolve issues and execute administrative tasks. Responsibilities: Provide real-time monitoring of performance targets from various platforms (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS). Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders from all sites to ensure shared objectives are met Drive real-time adherence to the expected capacity against the actual performance to achieve service levels and efficiency metric goals Communicate and call out changes to incoming contact patterns to operations and the broader WFM team • Have a real time communication with the WFM team and operations when call outs or changes need to be done Execute on the adoption strategy for achieving organizational goals for reporting, business intelligence and advanced analytics data environments including (EDW, R Integration, Machine Learning, Splunk/ElasticSearch) Keep current on market trends in business intelligence, data science and analytics tools and best practices to uncover solutions to new and existing business challenges and opportunities Employ a “user-first” mindset in the establishment of all new data and analytics processes ensuring a comprehensive and best-in-class analytics enablement program Set analytics policies and standards, and aid in use of various tools and solutions that solve business problems Qualifications: Gather business and functional requirements and translate these requirements into robust, scalable, operable solutions that work well within the overall data architecture. Produce comprehensive, usable dataset documentation and metadata. Provides input and recommendations on technical issues to the project manager. Fluent in using either Splunk or Elastic search Requires expert knowledge and experience with analytical tools such as SAS, R, SPSS etc. as well as SQL and data manipulation Excellent SQL skills and experience working with an enterprise data warehouse Expert at building reports, dashboards and visualizations using business intelligence and analytics tools, such as Tableau, Micro Strategy or Cognos Strong understanding of enterprise integration Good  knowledge of relational databases & NoSQL technologies Knowledge in JavaScript and JS based data visualization frameworks like D3 Deliver on ad-hoc data requests from business users while building reports and dashboards to help reduce the need for these requests Education: Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience ------------------------------------------------- Job Family Group: Technology ------------------------------------------------- Job Family: Infrastructure ------------------------------------------------------ Time Type: Full time ------------------------------------------------------ Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
