U.S. Bank Risk Governance and Program Oversite Manager - Minneapolis Charlotte or US Work Locations in Irving, Texas

In efforts to support regulatory exam needs for Technology and Operations Services (TOS), the Risk Governance and Program Oversite Manager will manage TOS exams through partnership with leaders across TOS, Corporate Regulatory Services and outside Regulatory Agencies. Management of regulatory schedules and reporting to achieve the best outcome for exams where TOS is impacted. Accountable for an effective partnership between the Line of Business and the Lines of Defense.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

  • Ten or more years of experience in an applicable risk management environment

  • Applicable certifications

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Regulatory exam management - OCC or FRB

  • Data governance

  • Considerable knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, financial services, and regulatory trends that impact their assigned line of business

  • Considerable knowledge of the business line’s operations, products/services, systems, and associated risks/controls

  • Advanced knowledge of Risk/Compliance/Audit competencies

  • Strong leadership and management skills of processes, projects and people

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and negotiation skills

  • Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications
