We are looking for a Senior SAP Project Manager/SCRUM Master who will be responsible for managing end-to-end implementation of medium to large size enhancements in the Order to Cash Service area supported by various applications and platforms primarily in SAP SD/SCM/BI/HANA and Cloud applications using the SAFe/Agile/Scrum delivery model. Interact with customers on an ongoing basis to provide financial/ project status as well as effectively manage scope changes. Lead delivery teams in completing design, build, testing and integration activities with SAP and non-SAP systems using middleware/EDI/API.
Oversees/coordinates requirement gathering, design and integration/mapping sessions
Conducts final design reviews to ensure design meets the requirements and all stakeholders are aligned with project scope before getting design signoff
Oversees/coordinates various aspects of a project or program, interfacing with various areas affected by the project, including stakeholders (internal & external)
Oversees/facilitates all aspects of the development/implementation of a project or program involving department or cross-functional teams, & interfacing with all internal/external stakeholders throughout the project or program lifecycle (initiation to close)
Monitors & performs control activities (e.g., risk, issue, change, cost, schedule, communication management) for the program or project throughout the specific lifecycle
Develops project plans, including but not limited to project scope, objectives, schedules, risk/issue management, change control, effort & cost estimates, resource requirements, budgets, & communications
Assesses project issues & develops resolutions and/or mitigation plans to meet productivity, quality, & client-satisfaction goals -Manages the integration of external vendor resources and/or deliverables into the project plan
Ensures team commitments are completed on time, with quality and integrate with other components per the release plan/ART trains
Facilitates team’s collaboration with Migration, Operations, and Support staff for deployment, knowledge transfer, and early life support
Ensures project adherence to McKesson's business unit or project process methodology
8 years experience in designing, building, and implementing business solutions which may include using information technology.
Significant experience in project management, requirements definition and/ or deployment of business requirements to information systems.
5 years of functional/technical SAP and/or IT Application development as with project management experience in SAP SD/BI/HANA
10 years of overall SAP and/or IT application experience in a functional/technical/PM/user role
2 years of Agile project management experience
Technical skills for understanding the development, configuration, implementation and support of business solutions
Must have experience in integrating SAP with non-SAP systems using middleware/EDI/API

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to be successful
Must have experience in managing multiple priorities in a complex technical environment
Must have good understanding of managing project financials
Must have good understanding of business processes
Must have solid understanding of technical application and data architecture
Must have excellent customer facing and soft skills
Must demonstrate change leadership skills: ability to effectively manage communication, negotiate successful outcomes, identify risks, engage correct stakeholders, etc.
Experience or Knowledge of SAP SD, BW, SCM and HANA are highly desirable
Knowledge of Big Data Analytics using Hadoop is highly desirable
Experience with ITSM/Agile delivery model is highly desirable
Experience with Tier-1 consulting or SAP implementation partners is desirable
Experience with SAFe delivery model is desirable
Experience in Pharmaceutical or medical industry is desirable
Experience with Clarity is desirable
Thorough knowledge of project management or building system solutions and/or business applications
Six Sigma or other commonly accepted project management processes & methodologies
Thorough knowledge of & ability to build & effectively use tools available to track project deliverables
Thorough knowledge of document management best practices & suggests ways to improve
Working knowledge of IT terms
Thorough knowledge of different development lifecycles & appropriate product methodologies
Working knowledge of Testing/QA best practices
Thorough knowledge of estimation best practices
Thorough knowledge of project budget tracking -Thorough knowledge of project coordination within a matrix organization
Working knowledge of funding proposals
4-year degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience
