In this particular role SR Manager, IT, you will join the team responsible for development and support for HMS Mobile and Web digital platform. The right candidate is passionate about customer experience and will possess a strong web and mobile background and proven experience leading medium to large scale projects. You are able to thrive and succeed in a collaborative environment with a diverse set of partners and project team members, and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities. This role will report directly to the Senior Director, Strategic Platforms Application Development.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Lead the successful ongoing execution and delivery oflarge-scale programs for the digital platform while partnering with design,product, engineering, business and operational teams. ·Work with PMO to develop full program plans includingtimelines, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, success criteria, andcommunication. ·Dynamically context switch between the high-level programobjectives and individual task level, with the goal of maintaining aconsistently up-to-date view that can be conveyed outward. ·Handle scheduling at the task level as needed, with overallaccountability at the platform level. ·Ensure broad socialization of plans and alignment acrossleadership, the project team, and internal and external partners. ·Provide detailed and timely communication on developingissues to relevant partners with clarity and urgency. ·Define, execute, and communicate risk management plans withan attitude towards engaged problem solving. ·Work effectively both independently and in a team-basedenvironment, knowing when to call out issues and prioritize resolution.

Knowledge,Skills and Abilities

  • BA/BS Degree or equivalent required ·8 years’ experience in program management or technicalleadership, with deep knowledge of large-scale enterprise web and mobiledevelopment, ·Experience in web analytics, microservices, API, angular,Azure/cloud, cloud native development, .Net, Java, CI/CD tools, cordova, ionic·Experience working across multiple teams and time zones todeliver a unified experience for the customer ·Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills·Experience interfacing and communicating with executives,business and technical audiences ·Disposition towards building relationships and using alliesto navigate complex organizational challenges ·Comprehensive understanding of software development,including continuous delivery and DevOps
