Senior Tax Accountant

job summary:

Tatum is partnering with a large restaurant chain that is looking to hire a Tax Accountant. This is a direct hire opportunity based in Irving, Texas that will report directly into the Income Tax Manager.

responsibilities:

• Prepare income tax returns (federal and state, city and local, International and others - including estimated taxes)

• Assist with the preparation of property tax accruals, process tax payment requests

• Maintain and update tax calendar

• Assist with compiling data and updating schedules based on quarterly and annual tax provisions

• Assist with federal and state income/franchise tax audits

qualifications:

• At least 3 years of income tax experience

• Bachelors Degree is required

• OneSource tax compliance software is a plus

• CCH tax research software knowledge

• Strong Excel skills including VLookup, Sumifs, pivot tables, charts

skills: Excel Macros, Income Tax, Excel Pivot Tables, Workday
