    ▶ About This Opportunity

    The Sr. EV Operations Manager will be responsible for running the Electric Vehicle Operations Business for 7-Eleven. This role will manage multiple aspects of the EV business including pricing for Energy Sold, maintenance of EV infrastructure, financial reporting and P&L for the EV Business. The candidate will manage a diverse set of teams responsible for accomplishing all facets of EV Operations. You'll collaborate cross-functionally across the organization to assist in shaping and executing our EV Business goals.

    This position can be remote.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Operational Strategy development with key stakeholders to capture, retain and grow market EV

  • Lead and mentor a diverse group of Operational Professionals

  • Proactively seek ways to drive sales and minimize expenses for 7-Eleven's EV Business

  • Develop processes and procedures to proactively build 7-Eleven's EV program

  • Build financial models, consolidate financial statements and Forecast revenue as needed for business planning

  • Maintain EV department budget within tolerance levels

  • Oversee the development of EV reporting to our Executive team members

  • Analyze and report on historical revenue, spending, and customer data and trends

  • Responsible for ensuring EV Chargers are meeting customer expectations by maximizing up time

  • Develop and build EV monitoring and maintenance programs throughout the US & Canada

  • Establish and build effective external relationships across the EV community including with our suppliers/vendor

  • Develop effective partnerships across the organization on all levels

  • Review proposals and associated costs to ensure accuracy and ability of the Operations team to deliver solutions

  • Oversee the financial health of the EV program to ensure the delivery of the highest value to customers

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's/ 4 Years

  • Year of Relevant Work Experience: 5+ Years

  • Years of Management Experience: 7+ Years

  • Strong Interpersonal skill including the ability to manage in highly charged situations with customers, teammates, team members, peers and contemporaries

  • Self-motivated, ability to work independently in a fast paced, ever changing environment

  • Experience in product and project development

  • Strong Project Management Skills

  • Strong Business Acumen, strategic and critical thinking skills

  • Strong communication skills - verbal and written

  • People management experience (7-10 years combined)

  • Strong collaborative skills, internal and external previous management or program leadership experience
