Analyst - System Analysis and Program
What you'll be doing...
You will work as team member of Global Real Estate (GRE) System team. To adopt dynamic changes in post pandemic workplace experience, our customers rely on us for the best customer experience. This position is responsible for resolving customer inquiries through our AYS ticket system, providing daily support on projects, and management of project action items. As an intricate part of the GRE Systems team, you will work on executing and resolving customer issues, data and system management, and building key relationships with stakeholders in cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for collaborating with internal teams and leveraging external resources to enhance the workplace experience and expand our existing Enabled Workplace Strategy initiatives, our multiple year plan.
You will work with cross-functional teams within GRE Strategy, GRE IT, GRE Operations, and GRE Int'l to ensure customer service requirements and performance expectations are met. The work you do everyday will help drive the business into successful launch of new strategic initiatives. It will create simple, customer-centered, digitally oriented customer, and employee experiences for our employees. Your ability to communicate across all channels is an integral step towards the collaboration necessary in managing these projects.

You'll need to have:
Bachelor's degree or Six or more years of work experience.
Four or more years of system support and customer support work experience.
Customer facing experience and working with internal/external partners to both define and implement strategy.
Internal/External consulting experience, sourcing for future trends and corresponding solutions.
Experience in the Technology space, particular within Systems Management
Logic, quantitative and analytical skills; deductive reasoning and problem-solving skills.
Effectively communicated progress updates on project action items to project managers and stakeholders
Troubleshooting and configuration on applications experience
Data management and collection experience
Experience level: Experienced
Minimum 7 years of experience
