The Dean of Student Affairs Office is looking for a responsible, motivated student who is independent and organized. As a student assistant with the Division of Student Affairs you will work with a dynamic staff to be the face of Texas A&M University - Central Texas. You will assist the Division of Student Affairs office by: answering phones and questions, greeting guests, monitoring generic email accounts, assisting students with scheduling appointments, on-campus errands, maintaining a file system, assist in social media management, genera l clerical, and providing support to the various offices within the Division of Student Affairs.

Skills required:

Customer service skills, leadership skills, detail oriented, efficient communication skills, excellent self-direction skills, ability to work in a team environment, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications:

Must be able to work a minimum of 2 consecutive hours.

Must be eligible for work-study. This can be verified by contacting the Office of Student Financial Assistance.

Hourly Rate: $8.00/hour Hours: Up to 15 hours/week
