Cardinal Health CRM Platform Development Manager in Lewisville, Texas

We are seeking a CRM Platform Development Manager to join our expanding Commercial Technology team in Lewisville, TX. Reporting to the Director of Software Engineering, this role manages Cardinal Health's new Patient CRM platform, built on Salesforce, Dell Boomi, and Azure technologies. The successful candidate will be a seasoned technical people manager with significant vendor management and offshore delivery experience. The role requires an analytical, consultative, and curious mind to drive success in this role.

The CRM Platform Development Manager will:

  • Manage a team of U.S based employees as well as off-shore teams to deliver projects.
  • Lead one or more Agile development groups in the successful design, development, implementation and maintenance of applications.
  • Manage technology vendor relationships and hold them to Cardinal Health standards of performance
  • Partners with Enterprise Architecture teams for product selection and product capability roadmaps and information governance processes.
  • Monitors and manages proactive maintenance to application platform environments
  • Documents and manages SOPs for software and information platform systems.
  • Interfaces with business solution teams and partners on operational platform events as well as solution design needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent work experience
  • 8+ years’ experience in related field preferred
  • 3+ years in amanagerial/leadershiprole within the software industry is preferable
  • 3+ years of CRM development
  • 10+ years IT experience
  • 3+ year’s offshore delivery leadership
  • 3+ year’s vendor management
  • Healthcare strongly preferred
  • Consulting experience is a plus
  • Salesforce experience is a plus
  • Experience in more than one Software and Information Platform technology domain preferred
  • Financial acumen and experience in build and run settings recommended
