RLM ENTERPRISES INC Project Superintendent in LONGVIEW, Texas

The Commercial Construction Project Superintendent reports directly to the General Superintendent, and works closely with the Project Manager. Duties of the Project Superintendent include, but are not limited to, the following: Project mobilization Site coordination of all subcontractors, in-house crews, equipment and material deliveries Precise scheduling to ensure the project is completed on time Thoroughly review and accurately interpret all contract scopes, submittals and shop drawings Track all change orders and requests for information, and plan accordingly for changes to scopes of the contract Accurate field reporting Quality control and safety inspections in keeping with the RLM Quality Control Plan and Safety Program Punch list and closeout preparation and execution Warranty services The ideal candidate will have: 5+ years project superintendent experience 5+ years plan and specifications interpretation experience Excellent organizational skills Strong math skills, written and oral communication skills, listening skills Good analytical abilities with solid decision making skills Mature interpersonal skills, including the ability to work well with diverse personalities, and implement effective conflict resolution Ability to serve as a positive ambassador for the company to all RLM clients customers, architects, subcontractors, our staff, and the community Additional requirements include: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet Proficient use of a smart phone Experience with Primavera Sure-Trak Scheduling software and/or Sage Timberline Project Management software a plus Valid driver license with clear driving record Ability to pass a criminal history background check, and drug test
