The Research Data Manager will perform data management and programming functions, including creating and maintaining several databases, cleaning and validating data, generating reports, and performing descriptive analyses.

Major/Essential Functions:

Build and maintain database for the OnRamps program. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate data transfer between the OnRamps database and other databases, some FERPA-protected. Willingness to identify and seek training for the best possible software and technology solutions. Set and complete own short-term goals to complete long-term projects. Excellent communication, organization, and reporting skills. Interested in working on a start-up project in a fast-paced, team environment. Clearly communicate with both technological and non-technological stakeholders. Assist the Director and other team members on special projects as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with SQL Server, Python, and R desired.

Experience with Microsoft BI or similar visualization software desired.
