Extended Job Title:
Performs managerial work providing direction and guidance in setting and achieving goals and objectives; developing policies; reviewing guidelines, procedures, rules, and regulations; establishing priorities, standards, and measurement tools for determining progress in meeting goals; coordinating and evaluating program activities; and establishing and monitoring budgets. May plan, assign, and supervise the work of others. Works under limited supervision with latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.

Ensure non-academic departments are compliant with annual assessment reporting and annual updates to Nuventive Improve accounts.
Manage the daily operations of the Nuventive Improve software through user account maintenance, creation of reports and summaries for internal/external purposes, and consultation with departments and programs on account settings.
Provide education and consultation for faculty and staff concerning assessment data and analysis.
Facilitate group and in-person training sessions on assessment tracking software on a semesterly basis, or as needed, as well as prepare informative presentations on assessment topics.
Assist with the leadership of the Texas Association for Higher Education Assessment (TxAHEA) conference.
Co-Chair Support Service Level (SSL) committee with the Associate Director.
Provide support and expertise for the University's reaffirmation efforts, including drafting narratives and leading teams comprised of TTU faculty and staff.
Represent the Office of Planning and Assessment in a professional manner through all methods of communication.
Minimum Hire Rate:
Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m.

Bachelor's degree in area of expertise or closely related area required. Four years of experience in planning, developing, or implementing programs or research grants. Additional education may substitute for required experience on a year-for-year basis.
