Revolution Company is now hiring for a Sales Representative to handle the Rodeo brand's sales support and business development. We are looking for a Sales professional who is dynamic, ambitious, and highly energetic with a passion for consistently achieving sales goals and revenue targets. This position will report directly to our National Sales Director and be involved in a broad range of activities, including managing an outside sales portfolio, sales support, manufacturing, shipping, developing, and implementing effective sales strategies and national sales programs.
Manage and develop sales growth with new and existing customers.
Track, monitor, and manage accounts to ensure achievement of sales goals and take appropriate action to communicate and address business issues proactively.
Establish and maintain highly effective relationships with customers and key decision-makers to identify and capitalize on sales growth opportunities.
Work closely with Sales, Manufacturing, Product Managers, shipping, and other groups to drive sales and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Consistently meet sales and gross profit-related goals.
A high school diploma or GED required Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related fields preferred.
Two years of sales experience preferred. Experience working with resins and recycled materials, masterbatch, or compounds is also a plus.
Must be willing to travel as needed throughout the DFW metroplex.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Customer-oriented with solid negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including presentation skills and the ability to effectively communicate with management and internal and external customers.
Pragmatic and action-oriented with the ability to adapt quickly to changing business conditions and priorities.
Proficient computer skills in relevant software systems, including Microsoft Office Suite.
