Employer seeking individual for a Warehouse Feed Stacker whose primary function is to neatly stack up to fifteen bags of feed per minute from a conveyor belt to mini pallets or wooden pallets. Weights of bags will vary from ten pounds to fifty pounds per bag. Will work Full-time, 2nd shift 3pm-11pm, Monday-Friday, with weekends and OT possible, salary DOE. No experience needed. Will train. COMPANY REQUIREMENTS Continual standing and walking on a concrete floor. Ability to lift at least 50 pounds up to 3500 time per day. Requires full use of lower extremities and back muscles. Ability to sustain continual standing, bending, sweeping, and other repetitive motions. Repetitive climbing, bending/stooping, crouching, and kneeling. Good eye-hand coordination. Must have adequate math skill to count bags accurately. Must have adequate reading skill to read information on bags, tags, and posted safety signs. Ability to relate with coworkers and supervisors to enhance the efficient operation of the warehouse. Ability to maintain job-required attention to detail over an extended period of time. Ability to work without close supervision. WORK ENVIRONMENT Employees in this position must be able to perform under the following conditions: Warehouse work area is not climate-controlled; employee is subject to indoor environment with protection from weather conditions but not temperature variations. Continual standing and walking on a concrete floor. Ability to sustain rapid repetitive functions for eight-hour periods of time. PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES Neatly stack all feeds on mini pallets or wooden pallets. Ensure that correct bags, tags, and date codes are used. Ensure all packages are closed according to established quality standards. Keep work area and assigned areas clean, well swept, and neat in appearance at all times. Be safety-conscious during all activities. Commit to being on time and on assigned days. Maintain an attitude of teamwork and cooperation. Perform other duties as assigned within the limits of training and physical and mental abilities.
