Job Title: Contracts Workflow Data Specialist

Location: Navasota, Texas

Contracts Workflow Data Specialist will assist with the analysis, facilitation, management, and process automation of contract workflow and the databases that make up the Legal Groups’ electronic library. The candidate will work closely with the Contracts Manager in the Legal Group, to help implement and administer intake and back end of contract life-cycle information. The candidate is expected to be comfortable working directly with employees at all levels, and carry projects to conclusion. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication skills, a practical and dedicated problem solver with attention to detail, and a motivated team player.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform all activities associated with contract request / intake flow, e.g., ensure all the information is provided, and incorporate that information into form agreements that are being requested.

  • Maintain contract life cycle workflow through multiple integrated programs related to notifications, input in the Legal group’s electronic library, and setting up termination/expiration alerts.

  • Participate with rest of Legal Team’s contract flow and technology training to relevant stakeholders.

  • Perform additional duties and participate in special projects, as assigned from time to time.

EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Associate's or bachelor’s degree in legal, business or related discipline is preferred

  • 2+ years’ experience with contract terminology, corporate documents, and records management.

  • 3+ years’ experience with roll-out and maintenance of business workflows and best practices.

  • Excellent proofreading skills with knowledge of standard contracting concepts and procedures.

  • Competency in business software packages such as MS Office®, Office 365 applications, API’s, and electronic record/library databases, such as Sharepoint®.

  • Sharepoint site configuration knowledge a plus.

  • Microsoft Dynamics and Power platforms knowledge a plus.

  • Developed interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.

  • Capable of utilizing effective time management skills and meeting strict deadlines.
