JPMorgan Chase CCB - Community and Business Development - Business Management Associate in Plano, Texas

The CBD Business Management Associate is a member of the CBD CFO team, which sits within the broader Consumer Banking Finance and Business Management team. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to provide Finance and Business Management support across CBD with a focus on delivering against the firm's long-term commitment to advance racial equity. JPMorgan has committed to harness its expertise in business, policy, and philanthropy and an additional $30 billion over the next five years to provide economic opportunity to underserved communities.

Job Description

  • Support the CBD CFO team thru reporting, analysis, and deep dives into results, as needed with the focus to understand and optimize results

  • Partner with CBD CFO and broader CBD team to prepare Executive reporting packages

  • Prepare business review packages and other ad hoc reviews for Senior Management

  • Preparation of periodic and ad hoc analysis to support financial and strategic goals

  • Develop deep knowledge to become the team's subject matter expert on key focus areas

  • Develop a deep understanding of systems and processes in order to extract insights from existing data while recommending and identifying enhancements

  • Participate in month-end close and annual planning processes with broader CBD CFO team

  • Help define, monitor, and report key management metrics on Financial Health and Path Forward

  • Participate in and support ad-hoc special projects and requests as needed

  • Contribute to divisional / national initiatives (includes owning and driving certain projects on divisional / national level)


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline

  • Minimum of 2+ years of relevant Financial Services experience

  • Knowledge and understanding of financial principles and ability to link results to activities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple (and changing) concurrent project deliverables

  • Ability to work collaboratively and develop strong relationships across the organization

  • Strong follow-through, initiative and sense of urgency

  • High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint/PitchPRO; experience with Tableau, Qlikview or other Business Intelligence toolsets and database platforms a plus

  • Must be results-oriented and focused on the delivery of solutions, with superior attention to detail

  • Overall branch knowledge and base knowledge of Retail Banking Financial Systems preferred

  • Some travel may be required
