Learfield Req No. 2018-2161 Location Name Learfield Location US-TX-Plano Category Accounting/Finance Type Full-Time Department Corporate Overview This position is integral to the Human Resources and Finance teams and will assist the Senior Compensation Analyst manage the compensation programs for a geographically diverse company with multiple sales commission, incentive and bonus structures. This includes commission/bonus/incentive plan analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and computing for 1000+ employees across 100 divisions in 10 companies. This position will collaborate with various groups throughout the organization including sales, operations, accounting/finance and members of the management team. Reports to: Senior Compensation Analyst Supervisory Responsibilities: None at this time Responsibilities Conduct complex analysis and modeling to forecast labor expense impact of revenue performance on variable compensation. Monthly analysis of actual, budget and forecast variances and research financial irregularities to develop meaningful reporting. Computation and allocation of commission and bonus expense across multiple divisions as part of the monthly closing process. Knowledge and execution of all sales and bonus plans based on employee compensation agreements. Assists with maintaining centralized compensation records and documents necessary for reporting and/or audits of compensation plans. Provides compensation information to approved requesting parties to ensure compliance with EEOC, FLSA, and all other related regulations. Works closely with the Senior Compensation Analyst to design, develop, and implement new compensation plans and structures based on analysis to ensure the business is competitive with market. Works closely with other departments including finance, talent management, and operations teams to ensure compensation plans are performing effectively. Prepares, plans, and develops the organization's annual pay for performance compensation program. Develop, prepare and present specialized reports, forecasts, accruals and other ad-hoc projects as needed. Calculate and manage annual commission and bonus payout process for the company. Qualifications 3+ years of professional work experience administering and analyzing variable compensation structures in a sales-driven organization. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or closely related field. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Strong character, strong values and strong work ethic.
