This position will seek to reduce the company's cost of operations without compromising quality and/or service. It will also work with the company's sales and sponsorship team to identify areas of opportunity with sales clients. Responsibilities Develop, hone and execute procurement strategies across all channels of purchasing. Identify potential vendors, gather information and make recommendations. Perform cost analysis and set appropriate benchmarks. Prepare and negotiate vendor contracts. Identify opportunities to reduce procurement costs while enhancing product quality and/or service. Create policies and procedures. May perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Exceptional organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to work in an accurate manner. Ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and prioritize duties Must be able to work well with limited information/data. Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to maintain positive and professional attitude at all times.
