Description:

This is part of the Closing Team.

Reviewing the loan final approved.

Checking all the data fields and following a 15 steps (or more) process, purchase money loans, ordering, printing to PDF (electronically) and sending to title company for closing.

Some phone work - there is a script to follow (introduction, verify contract information, etc)

Heavy reading and compliance of various documents and closing documents.

Performing routine data entry and validation tasks

Initiating third party orders (title, appraisal, hazard, flood cert, credit, etc.)

Reviewing and validating loan documents

Handling routine calls, emails and/or chat responses

Assigning and distributing work loads

Monitoring work queues and intervening as needed

Interacting with multiple departments to expedite processing and/or issue resolution

Performing other related duties as required and assigned

Demonstrating behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values

Mortgage experience is a plus - specifically Closing and Purchase Money Loans - but no required

Ability to handle stress or work under pressure

Must have a sense of urgency

Must have high attention to detail

Must be able to adapt to change
