Enterprise Agile Product Coach responsible for higher-level strategic planning and line of business consulting to establish disciplined, effective agile transformation programs which embrace the enterprise agile values and process in a way that maximizes the value to the business. Analyzing a very complex, broad-based line of business from both a more strategic high-level business management perspective as well as a tactical product development process perspective to develop a strategy for integrating the two that considers both the company's efficiency of operations and the requirements of the enterprise agile transformation efforts. Designing and implementing an effective agile transformation for the lines of business by understanding the need for an agile transformation from a broader business perspective that provides for a well-integrated approach to achieve operational excellence. Transformation/improvement visioning for leadership to understand modern agile practices as defined by Enterprise agile standards and help to create road maps for moving from their current to target state. Consulting and guidance for the team level coaching resources to effectively implement the strategy outlined for the line of business. Responsibilities may include but not limited to: Accountable individual for program / product / project delivery of significant risk, complexity, scope, and financial impact for a single large functional area or a combination of small diverse functional areas. Serves as the primary liaison between the business unit and various support partners in achieving business deliverables; includes: planning and implementation of strategies, policies and process advancements. Establishes priorities and drives accountability for assigned initiatives, providing leadership to ensure solutions are designed, integrated and controlled to optimize effectiveness, account for all aspects of risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate. Works with key internal and/or external partners, possibly including agency representatives, regulators and auditors, to distill complex concepts into pragmatic and simplified/targeted solutions. Develops and implements reporting/information delivery/presentations with key stakeholders and senior management within responsible area, including root cause, cost/benefit, and risk analyses. May provide direction to a cross-functional team using business acumen and expertise; does not have direct reports.
Required Qualifications: 8+ years of experience on an Agile team (i.e. Product Owner, Scrum Master) 7+ years of leadership experience 5+ years as an active Agile Coach 3+ years of experience implementing scaled Agile transformation in a complex, silo-driven environment 7+ years of Agile experience Desired Qualifications: Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Highly refined and detail oriented verbal and written communications Ability to communicate effectively, in both written and verbal formats, with senior executive-level leaders Ability to drive and lead organizational change in a dynamic environment Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members
