The organization is seeking a Software/Hardware Test Engineer.
The Test Engineer is responsible for establishing test procedures and coordinate testing of products under development.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinates and performs tests at the quality control stage of the development process.
Develop Production Test Equipment that Automates Existing Manual Methods
Sets up test equipment required for testing
Creates acceptance and functional test procedures
Works with production test team to train them on test set up and procedures
Gathers and studies information regarding materials and components to be used in development.
Drafts proposals for testing programs and operating procedures; outlines the specific testing conditions to be applied.
Tests new products; develops systems to gather digital data during testing.
Studies the data gathered during testing and evaluates the validity of the results.
Identifies any problems with new products; makes adjustments or recommendations to resolve problems.
Continues testing and analysis until results are within product requirements and specifications.
Drafts detailed technical reports to present findings; based on findings, recommends modifications needed to correct production problems.
Develops ongoing quality control testing procedures to be incorporated into the regular production process.
Performs other related duties as required.

Bachelor?s degree in computer science or software/hardware engineering preferred.
3+ years of related experience required.
Experience with electrical design, specifically working with Microcontrollers, and analog and digital experience
Experience programming in C# and/or C++
Experience with mechanical design program SolidEdge or other 3D design software
