Performs entry-level customer service work. Duties include processing correspondence, report preparation, and answering telephones. Performs revenue collection, license and permit sales, and automated visitor registration and reservations. Provides information to park visitors and general public. Responsible for the routine cleaning of Park Headquarters. Works under close supervision, with minimal latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.
