HappyCo Senior Technical Product Support Specialist in Remote, Texas
We're looking for a solution-driven and customer-oriented individual to join our team. This role is designed to support and advise several of our teams to ensure we're providing the best support for our customers possible, including advising and implementing best practices for relaunches, integrations, support requests, and reporting.
Bachelor's Degree in applicable field or equivalent practical experience
Working knowledge of using APIs
Jira and Intercom
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Customer-oriented and solution driven
Ability to translate technical descriptions and content into simple, clear terms for customers
Consulting/implementation or client support experience Preferred
5 years of industry experience (Multifamily) Preferred
Property management experience a plus
Multifamily industry certifications a plus
Basic coding skills would be an advantage
Command Line Tools (Linux or Mac)
Product support - Provide support for API users, customers integrated with named systems, focus on items escalated to level 2, level 1 support as needed, run triage and provide feedback to the product team when bugs are identified.
Product Services - Technical analysis and recommendations to existing and potential customers to achieve sales, engineering & account related targets; Validation and approval of Pre-Sales Engineering scope of work and time budget; deliver advanced reporting solutions to meet customer needs.
Account Management - Monitor accounts to ensure adoption and engagement; collect, organize, and provide product feedback to appropriate teams; ensure data accuracy to support account management functions; assist in preparation and at times participate in Customer Reviews.
