Reporting to the North America Sr. Director Human Resources this position provides HR policy management for the life cycle of all corporate HR policies and supports business operations regarding EEOC programs. Will work under minimal supervision performing work that is varied and complex. Assignments are broad in nature, requiring significant impact and influence skills. Additional duties are outlined below.

Responsibilities :

  • Ensure ongoing maintenance and compliance of HR policies that is reflective both of legal and regulatory issues, organizational culture and standards.

  • Leads in development and implementation of company-wide policies, practices and procedures. Maintains legal and regulatory compliance by researching and communicating requirements.

  • Recommending strategic analysis and background for the development of the company annual policy agenda.

  • Develops, implements and advises employees and managers on new and ongoing compliance initiatives.

  • Conducts reviews of all human resource policies, programs, and practices in order to ensure compliance with federal, state and local labor laws.

  • Experience with writing and creating HR policies in partnership with general counsel. Paralegal background a plus.

  • Partners to drive the development and administration of HR policies and EEOC compliance programs.

  • Leads and directs the implementation of strategic policy framework.

  • Provide support and be the subject matter expert to mid-level/senior corporate and field HR personnel on difficult compliance issues.

  • Compiles data for analysis and reporting, and may perform routine analyses.

  • Monitoring and analyzing relevant activity with federal, state, and local regulations and in peer organizations at the national level.

  • Keeping other department abreast of requirements.
