SAMSUNG HVAC Account Representitive in ROANOKE, Texas

This position will be responsible for providing proactive communication with internal and external customers and works collaboratively in all areas of our business (from order to cash) in a professional manner. This includes driving compliance to customer requirements by providing operational expertise and building long term customer relationships/partnerships with target and managed accounts by responding to inquiries and requests for information; preparing and/or reviewing and analyzing documents to assure accuracy and completeness; inputting and maintaining accuracy and completeness of company internal account management system and assisting in the administration and coordination of the complete customer experience. This may include making recommendations, outlining specifications, and escalating pricing, contract, technical and shipping concerns Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Other duties may be assigned In this position, either directly or through others, the incumbent will: Demonstrate knowledge of key business features to ensure 100% compliance with customer requirements prior, during, and after service for assigned accounts Maintain professional cross-functional relationships and with our customers (internal and external) Communicate to customers via phone, e-mail and fax to provide order status information Obtain proper approvals and make edits to order documents as needed Provide assistance to other internal departments, which will assist them in adhering to customer requirements Coordinate with all departments to drive compliance with response time, and customer satisfaction Assist with any special projects/assignments as required Account Representative Background/Experience: To qualify for this position, the following minimal background and skill levels are required: Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience 4 plus years of customer service, project management and/or account management experience required; call center experience PLUS Strong attention to detail Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; high level capacity to multitask independently and on a computer Knowledge of HVAC Industry a PLUS Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to perform in a high volume, fast paced call center environment Proven ability to work independently as well as a productive member of a team Exceptional organizational and time-management focus Necessary Skills/Attributes: For this position the following skills and abilities must be demonstrated at a proficient level: Strong customer service skills and the ability to establish, build and maintain strong customer relationships Positive attitude and dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction Ability to adapt to a variety of people Must be able to work from 7AM to 7PM with occasional night, weekends and holidays as needed Physical/Mental Demands and Working Conditions: The position requires the ability to perform the essential duties and responsibilities in the following environment: Operate a computer keyboard and view a video display terminal and telephone in a Call Center environment more than 90% of work time Able to meet minimum call center metrics Visual acuity, color distinction, and numeric and character detail distinction for the analysis and preparation of statistical reports and information Lift, move, or adjust general office equipment, boxes, or materials weighing up to 25 pounds using proper material handling equipment and procedures Occasionally work additional hours beyond normal schedule
