HR Generalist

Are you a service-minded individual with exceptional customer service skills and HR background? We are looking for a dynaming HR Generalist to join one of our premier Fortune 100 clients. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years' experience in a Staffing Coordinator role and have background investigations experience. Worday, MyReqs, and Clears experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process candidate Background Screenings: some of the duties include, but are not limited to: review of application for completeness and disclosures; obtain any and all information needed to initiate Background screening; review for discharges and disclosures; initiate Background Investigation in CLEARS; initiate background screening through our vendor to begin the screening process; verify professional licenses and designations; verify employment and/or education, as needed; review of credit report flagged by vendor.
