Global Small Business RTM S&P Strategy

Our Corporate Development and Strategy team is at the heart of Dell Technologies. It deals with a wide range of initiatives including new business opportunities, mergers & acquisitions, partnerships, alliances and joint ventures. Providing leadership in design, planning and due diligence, they lead the corporate development of our global business to help achieve our long-term growth objectives. They also keep us ahead of the curve by analyzing trends and developments in markets and technology before translating them into strategic operational plans.

What you’ll achieve

As a strategy consultant for WW Consumer and Small Business, you will be responsible for developing a 3 year strategy to double the S&P business across all of the WW Small Business Direct business. This will take strong collaboration, outside in thinking and tying business initiatives to financial targets. You will work with key sales, merchandising, online, offline, customer facing leaders across Dell to deliver to your 3 year plan.

You will:

  • Develop a deep playbook for each country focusing on doubling the business for Small Business Direct in S&P

  • Strong 4P thinking + MBA type problems to solve to grow this business

  • Sales enablement (Tools, Inventory strategy, Customer communication process & vendor funding)

  • Enterprise infrastructure needs, consumption based software or as a service model, sales enablement, attach model

  • Re-think out to grow S&P on to service small business needs, understand how our customers shop and buy, enhance our pricing strategy, grow the demand generation model and think through a 1P vs. 3P Model
