Job Description:

Frost & Sullivan will be looking to hire Business Development Executives (Inside Sales Lead Generation) to join our team. The primary focus of the position is prospecting, qualifying, and generating sales leads for our research and growth consulting services and to drive new business development opportunities. Typical leads are executive level contacts at Fortune 500 companies. The ideal candidate for this position will be confident and articulate on the phone and thorough email and social media tools. The position requires lead generation for Senior Sales Members while also developing your personal sales closing skills within the growth consulting industry. This position requires working within an Account Team environment and offers base salary plus bonus incentives.

Responsibilities:

· Meet and exceed personal team-related sales targets and activity quotas

· Work closely with the sales team to communicate leads and any information obtained pertaining to the business development

· Utilize and proactively mine social networking tools to identify and pursue new leads within assigned accounts/territories

· Make solid business lead connections on a daily basis to identify business development opportunities in new and within our existing client base

· Build and maintain client relationships with C-level executives within existing and new key accounts

· Make outbound prospecting calls and communicate via email and social media with C-level executives

· Participate, as needed, in all aspects of the sale including; conducting qualifying activities and client meetings, needs assessments, delivering formal presentations and proposals, and partnering with Senior Sales members in closing new business

· Consult with clients to understand key requirements and strategic direction

· Translate client’s strategic thinking into actionable goals and provide solutions

· Work with internal sales executives to coordinate between the Frost & Sullivan fulfillment teams and the client to scope and plan projects

· Provide clients with feedback on how we can best service their needs and challenges through our research programs and consulting activities

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree preferred

· Minimum of two years of sales experience working in an office environment

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively present ideas and information in a professional business environment

· Ability to work effectively in a non-structured and independent work environment

· Previous experience with cold calling, territory management, meeting sales performance target metrics and activity quotas

· Expertise in lead generation, through social media and other sources

· Previous experience in outbound, fact-finding, and introductory business-to-business (B2B) calls as well as effectively communicating with clients and prospective clients via email
