JPMorgan Chase Commercial Bank - Middle Market Banking & Specialized Industries - Market Executive - ED - San Antonio in San Antonio, Texas
As a Market Executive you will be one of the key market leaders representing the firm in the San Antonio Community. We are looking for someone active in the community, Chamber of Commerce and other key local organizations and Non for Profit Boards. You would join the Market Leadership Team comprised of the most senior leaders from each line of business and actively engage with the Corporate Responsibility team to allocate funds to the community. Overall, you would be expected to be a highly visible market leader for JPMorgan Chase in San Antonio.
As a Market Executive you will also be responsible for business development efforts to grow and retain profitable banking relationships with Middle Market companies, maintain a book of business and foster relationships with key centers of influence. You will be an integral part of driving market share growth in San Antonio measured by net new client growth. It will also be imperative to drive strong partnerships with bankers, credit partners, treasury sales officers, client service professionals and all other lines of business. You would also be expected to stay current on industry trends, technology and innovation as well as lead local entertainment and thought leadership client and prospect events and have active speaking roles and engagement at conferences and industry panels.

Typically a minimum of ten years account relationship management experience with a focus on business relationships
Bachelor's degree required
Understanding of Commercial Banking products and services with knowledge of the region
Ability to mobilize internal networks and resources
Formal credit training preferred
Strong technology experience; digital background preferred
Demonstrated experience of meeting or exceeding sales goals; proven top individual contributor
Management experience in a Commercial Bank setting, specifically leading a commercial lending sales team
Strong partnership skills
Sales management and business development skills with proficiency in building and maintaining positive client relationships
Strong creative solution and problem solving abilities and Excellent business judgment and strategic thinking
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage, prioritize, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communications skills; able to effectively communicate clearly and concisely
Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to establish credibility and strong partnership with senior business and control partners

Flexible to changing business priorities and ability to multitask
