ManTech is seeking a Customer Relationship Manager, with experience successfully leading the design and coordination of processes and practices that optimize customer and partner interfaces during a high-visibility, mission-focused, enterprise IT transformation program.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Support the optimization of customer and mission partner interfaces to better understand and react to customer needs and experiences by continually reinforcing the concepts of integration, honest communication, and reliability across the team

  • Establish and maintain a collaborative relationship of trust among the MHS Enterprise IT Services (EITS) customer base, the Defense Health Agency (DHA), the EITS mission partners (e.g., DISA, NIWC), and the EITS Service Providers to maximize customer satisfaction and value perception

  • Serve as a single point of contact for customers on the function of the integrated IT services and the quality of delivery in the Service Integration and Management (SIAM) ecosystem

  • Manage escalation and resolution of MHS EITS service delivery issues via the defined governance framework and the ITIL-based Service Management Manual (SMM)

  • Support the establishment and execution of a robust customer experience management program, to include customer satisfaction surveys and resulting improvement plans

  • Maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool

Basic Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of twelve (12) years of leadership experience within the federal sector.

  • Knowledge of and experience with the Military Health System (MHS).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A Master’s degree and a minimum of ten (10) years of leadership experience within the federal sector.

  • ITIL 4 certification.

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Security Clearance Requirements:

  • US Citizenship required and active (or ability to pass) DoD Tier 2 (T2) background investigation.

Physical Requirements:

  • Stationary work at an office desk setting 50% of time.

  • Traversing to accomplish tasks by moving from one work site to another or between different floors in a building.

  • Communicating with others to exchange information.

  • Ability to perceive and assess employee productivity
