Job Description Summary:
Focused on the yearly strategic planning, development, and implementation of the Resort’s web, customer relationship management (CRM email communication), digital and social engagement platforms. This role is responsible for the long-term vision of web, digital, CRM and social marketing channels and the quality of the digital and web initiatives, which impact both the Resort’s brand and revenue-generating opportunities, connecting digital marketing and brand strategy. Assist in developing ongoing marketing and promotions centered on (and in) the Resort. Establishes digital engagement metrics with Digital Agency: uses Web/social network data and tracking systems to compile online engagement reports and monitor success in online presence, research and message testing. Ensures all digital and/or social marketing efforts are aligned with the Resort and the overall business and marketing objectives, to include a consistent brand voice. You will be an integral member of the team that creates distinctively different and authentic experiences for our guests. You will warmly and enthusiastically greet arriving guests and assist them with check in/out to ensure they are comfortable and feel welcome while also providing information. You will promote hotel services and amenities to the guests.
Oversees and manages the consumer-facing website environments leveraging deep knowledge of user experience design and best practices as well as emerging trends in web and digital design and functionality.
Oversee and plan monthly email campaigns, to include outlying entities, i.e., Loma de Vida Spa, Signature restaurant, etc.
Work with outside email/CRM agency to ensure customer data is maintained at its highest level.
Manage digital agency relationships; and ensure engaging and current content, strategic alignment, and brand compliance.
Maintain complete knowledge of all Resort services/features and hours of operation.
Maintain high level of knowledge of the competition’s product.
Design and work within the Marketing, Media and PR plans.
Anticipate and respond to all customer and media needs within a timely manner.
Attend social, industry and community events.
Entertain clients and members of the media as necessary.
Work in conjunction with other departments to determine and promote newsworthy packages, promotions and events.
Work effectively with all contracted ad or other related agencies.
Promote positive relations with guests, employees and community.
Participate in/plan special events and/or media familiarization tours.
Help produce and promote special events
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving clients and operational issues. Ability to be proactive and innovative.
Conduct daily duties and behaviors in manners consistent with senior leadership and established leadership guidelines.

College degree or a minimum of five to seven years of digital/social marketing experience required.
Computer literate (All Social Platforms, Microsoft Office, Power Point, Photoshop and/or Indesign)
Ability to prioritize, organize work assignments.
Ability to promote positive relationships with guests and staff.
Ability to ensure confidentiality of guest and resort information.
Ability to work within a cohesive team or perform job functions independently with minimal supervision.

Must be a United States citizen or possess a valid work permit

Must be able to stand on feet throughout the shift, with intermittent periods of walking and stair climbing.
Must be able to frequently lift and carry up to 25 lbs at shoulder height
Must be able to frequently lift and carry up to 50 lbs;
Must be able to bend, squat, push and pull frequently;
Must be able to perform simple grasping, fine manipulation, squeezing, overhead reaching and repetitive hand & arm movements frequently.
