Security Service Federal Credit Union Instructional Designer in San Antonio, Texas
Primary source of support for the Training Help Desk, providing trending and reporting of issues and provide feedback to the Training Management Team. Responsible for the design and development of training materials, job aids, and maintenance of online manuals. Provides assistance with the Learning Management System (LMS) to include Member Service and MCC career path enrollment, adjustments to or creation of Team Member profiles and the publishing of custom content. Completes assigned items on the Team Update/Project log and provides status reports on a periodic basis. Represents the Training Design & Development Team when testing resources are needed by testing maintenance releases, updates, and new platform systems, to include but not limited to: Q-A, QC, Omnia, etc. Completes any other job related duties needed to help drive to our Vision, fulfill our Purpose, and abide by our Organization's Values.
High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of one (1) year of various training techniques or on the job training experience at a financial institution or comparable training environment, with a minimum of three (3) years of working the MCC and/or branch operations environment: teller, new accounts, loans, call center, or equivalent in training years. Knowledge of various automation software and the internet, along with the ability to operate a variety of office equipment. Excellent verbal presentation, written and interpersonal skills. Must be professional in performance and appearance, and have the ability to be enthusiastic. Must be a self-starter who takes initiative in finding solutions to difficult and unique problems/opportunities. Take responsibility and perform work utilizing independent judgment and initiative. Able to function in a high volume environment and within time constraints while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. High level of professionalism and confidentiality of sensitive information.
