IT Infrastructure Manager

job summary:

We have a fantastic direct hire opportunity for an IT Infrastructure Manager in San Antonio, TX.

Below are the qualifications/ background we are seeking:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems, Information Systems, or related field of study

• or more years of Information Technology experience

• or more years managing complex Information Technology projects

• 5 or more years in managing a team of technology professionals

• Experience in systems integration and system design work

• Experience managing Technology vendor relationships

• Experience designing and implementing Technology processes; policies; procedures and controls

• Extensive resource management experience

• Proven experience and track record of driving complex, technology-driven initiatives that cross business lines, functions and geographies

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in designing and implementing banking systems

• Experience in the financial industry

responsibilities:

• High level of expertise in written and oral communications

• Extensive knowledge of IT Systems Architecture, Networking, Server Management, Systems Integration Design, and Technical Process Design

• Extensive knowledge of translating business problems into technical solutions

• Extensive knowledge of technical project planning and resource management methodologies

• Ability to effectively communicate technical knowledge/processes to other professionals, regulators and staff

• Exceptional technical presentation skills

• Solidanalytical and organizational skills with attention-to-detail

• Ability to prioritize and manage a portfolio of projects, initiatives and activities

• Results-oriented with a strong focus on the customers (internal & external)

• Infrastructure equipment configuration knowledge essential

• Ability to rapidly resolve systems issues and recognize when escalation is necessary
