Manufacturing company is currently hiring and office assistant/clerk in their mailroom. The position is full time Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. The company provides full benefits that include 100% employer paid medical, group dental, group vision, matching 401k, paid time off and additional incentives! The starting pay is up to $17 per hour, depending on experience.

The Mailroom clerk is responsible for opening large volumes of incoming mail. You will open each item, post to company system if appropriate or route to correct department. Deliver mail to various departments within the company daily as well as prepare mail to be delivered to external branch offices when necessary. The mail clerk will also log payments into the system and deliver checks to accounting. You may also be asked to assist with outgoing mail; stuffing envelopes, addressing or creating labels. Additional responsibilities include clerical, data entry and filing duties.
