About the Opportunity:
ManTech is looking for a highly motivated and qualified UX Product Designer in San Antonio, TX. This rewarding and challenging position supports the Department of Defense (DoD) to produce CI/CD pipelines for a wide range of capabilities to improve cyberspace operations and defend U.S. vital national security interests.

Provide User Experience (UX) Design expertise in support of the DevSecOps Software Factory for Offensive Cyber Operations (OCO) and Information Warfare (IW) capability development and mission execution.
Apply user-centered design principles to DevSecOps products and services.
Perform story boarding in support of DevSecOps pipeline and platform implementation.
Implement and configure visualization tools in support of DevSecOps tasks.
Follow processes compliant with the published DoD Enterprise DevSecOps Reference Design
Continuously work with the customer to improve their processes and timeliness for Enterprise DevSecOps deployments.
Take self-initiative to remain knowledgeable and practiced in emerging cloud-based DevSecOps technologies and trends.
Required: Top Secret US Security Clearance with SCI eligibility.
Required: DoD 8570 IAT Level II or greater certification.
Required: Demonstrated expertise in user-centered and user experience design.
Required: Demonstrated expertise in story boarding.
Required: Demonstrated expertise implementing and configuring visualization tools.
Required: Demonstrated experience in Agile development processes.
Preferred: Knowledge of DevSecOps technologies such as Docker, GitLab, Jenkins, Ansible, Chef, Puppet, Terraform, Nexus, Artifactory, SonarQube, Grafana, ArgoCD, etc.
Preferred: Demonstrated work experience with source control and code repository tools.
