We are currently searching for a Sr. Sales Support Specialist for our Selma, TX location.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Job summary : Under general sales supervision, this position will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of excellent sales and customer service through timely and accurate processing of quotes and subsequent orders through strong communication and coordination both externally with assigned accounts and internally with other GT functions for both Semi-Conductor and Industrial customers. The primary focus of this role will be the protection and growth of harvest business at assigned accounts. This role typically represents the first point of customer contact for inquiries related to customer orders, deliveries and pricing for customer accounts.

Specific Responsibility:

  • Where price lists, pricing tools or standard pricing exists, issue harvest and incremental quotations promptly to assigned customers. If standard pricing does not exist, responsible for value pricing products based on costing/financial analysis, competitive pricing and other key inputs.

  • Supports the preparation and development long term pricing agreements (LTA’s) for assigned Strategic Accounts.

  • Follows up to close all harvest quotes generated verbally, via email or through SAP at assigned Strategic accounts to ensure protection and growth of harvest business.

  • Follows up to close selected incremental quotes generated verbally, via email of through GIP SAP at assigned accounts to support proliferation of new products.

  • Performs detailed contract review to ensure GT compliance with customer requirements.

  • Accurate & timely entry of customer orders in SAP in accordance with established GT processes.

  • Manage finished part inventory and consignment stock according to GT policy.

  • Establish and maintain accurate SAP master data relating to order entry, such as customer master, pricing records, customer material information record, and customer hierarchy.

  • Foster strong internal cross functional relationships through honest open communication to ensure on time order fulfillment.

  • Monitor customer orders to meet expected OTD, expedite orders, as needed to meet promised delivery date

  • Process customer returns: RGA paperwork and manage open RGA.

  • Resolve customers’ credit and invoice issues in conjunction with Finance department.

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint.

  • Highly proficient user of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.

  • Knowledge of LEAN principles and practices preferred.

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software.

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule preferred based on customer location/schedule.


  • Some travel may be required but no more than 5%

Required Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of previous B2B customer service experience required; Preference given to candidate with previous semiconductor industry and/or manufacturing environment experience.

  • Strong data entry skills coupled with a high level of detail orientation required.

  • Previous experience working within an ERP, preferably SAP, and the ability to navigate customer portals a must.

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment, with a sense of urgency while prioritizing across multiple accounts and multitasking necessary.

  • Must be proficient in MS Office, including basic Excel skills

  • Previous Contract Review experience helpful


  • Bachelor’s degree or related experience
