Coordinate and provide maintenance training to ensure training requirements are documented and met in a timely manner. Provides necessary IMDS products and entry as required by directives. Assists in developing the Master Training Plan. Enters, maintains, and distributes IMDS Training Products. Operates and maintains classroom, training equipment and work areas for employees. Provides monthly training schedules and reports. Prepares and provides reports and data required by contract. Inspects and reviews training records as required. Monitors, the hearing loss program. Monitors and maintains records for the special physical program. Complies with all company OSHA, AFOSH and customer safety requirements. Strictly adheres to all security requirements. Performs other duties as required. Additional Requirements: Minimum Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Requires five (5) years' experience as a Training Specialist, Training Development and/or Curriculum Development. Requires three (3) years TBA Administration experience. Must have or obtain CPR training qualification within 6 months of hire date. Must have experience with I MDS maintenance training procedures. Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English. Must have the ability to deal courteously, professionally and effectively with the customer. Must be able to obtain/maintain a security clearance. Current valid U.S. Driver's License. Environment ranges from office-like to hangar and flight line. Extensive sitting to climbing, standing, stooping, bending, pushing, kneeling, stretching, and walking demands.
