USG Corporation Financial Shared Service Administrator - Sweetwater in Sweetwater, Texas
The Financial Shared Services Administrator is responsible for overseeing the activities and operations of administrative services in the areas of general administration, inventory, financial analysis, inventand business support for the plant.
-Multi-skilled employee with critical thinking skills
-Manages back office work
-Ensures compliance with all company guidelines/bulletins as pertain to back office
-Files reports and contracts -Collects and distributes mail -Files reports, HR documents, and contracts -Orders office and janitorial supplies
-Responsible for scheduling, analyzing, and submitting inventory cycle counts
-Responsible for miscellaneous inventory adjustments
-Ensure plant cost close is completed accurately and on-time, including closing inventory, production, etc.
-Responsible for Salary Payroll processing
-Responsible for updating BOMs and Routings
-Coordinates and administers janitorial and vending services
-Other general administrative duties as needed
-Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
*Years of Experience* -5-7 years experience in a similar administrative role
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Strong attention to detail -Strong analytical skills -Understaning of general Human Resources practices -Solidaccounting skills
-Strong computer skills including Excel and Word
