We are hiring AI Sales Specialists!
The AI Sales Specialist role at HPE is a h unting role requiring talent and a growth mindset. A successful AI Sales Specialist understands the basics of IT and is looking to develop their skills while building a career within HPE. Your personal drive and discipline are innate as well as your drive and thirst for personal development. Does this sound like you?
In this role you will:
Establish new HPE business relationships and drive new sales activity in targeted accounts, leveraging HPE’s HPC and AI Solutions
Fully own the development and execution of a comprehensive account business plan for your defined accounts
Devise and execute plans for your accounts to deliver results through the financial year and beyond
Ensure the success of the strategic and tactical elements of the plan.
Build customer pipelines and supporting deal orchestration and closing for the team.
Build and nurture relevant customer relationship networks with key influencers and decision makers in IT and business as well as with our extended partner ecosystem to maximize HPE’s presence in the account.
Commit to continuous expansion of your IT industry knowledge to position HPE’s portfolio in the accounts
Serve as the customer's top advocate inside HPE
Education and Experience
Typically, 2 - 3 + years account management experience
Experience with HPC, AI, ML, Big Data, Hybrid IT, IT services, Digital Business, Information Security, and Intelligent Edgedesired
Experience in IT industry either as an IT leader, within an IT department, and/or working with customers is a plus
Experience in customers’ vertical industry preferred
University or Bachelor's Degree preferred with Engineering or technology education a plus -- or equivalent work experience

Knowledge and Skills
Demonstrates solid understanding of the data pipeline, server technology, AI accelerators, and AI/ML applications.
Familiarity with big data, databases, high performance computing infrastructure, AI and ML concepts.
Strong Microsoft PowerPoint and online presentation tools skills.
Expert knowledge of the company offerings, strategic initiatives, current trends, competitor products and strategies within area of responsibility.
Expert level written and verbal communication skills and mastery over English and local languages
Demonstrates expert consultative selling techniques, including active listening, framing, white boarding, storytelling etc.
Knowledge of company business, technical tools, and standard CRM systems and tools.
Advanced experience with using social media, blogging, and related information sharing technologies.
Broad knowledge of partner´s and non-standard partner´s offerings and how/when to leverage them for deals within area of specialization
Has successfully completed knowledge-based as well as one or more experienced-based industry certifications.
Strong project management knowledge or experience with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including appropriate due diligence.
Excellent business and financial acumen, with an understanding of financial return and achievement of business goals.
