And working with business leaders to define and collect KPI?s to help instrument a business? If this sounds like you, then you should join the PDI Business Systems team as a Business/Data Analyst!

As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in designing and implementing best-in-class business processes and systems integrations for a fast-growing international company. You?ll bring together diverse global systems, optimize business processes, design data flows and governance policies to ensure efficient and accurate operations. You will document, review, recommend & implement process enhancements that will improve the quality, performance, and maintainability of our internal systems. You will be responsible for contributing to system implementations and rollouts, continuous improvement efforts, and integration of acquired businesses by assisting with process design and developing technical integration requirements, while ensuring all key business stakeholders (finance, sales, HR, product management, engineering) are informed of status and supported in their roles. You will also contribute to data gathering and reporting for KPI?s and operational dashboards, researching data from source systems, and assisting with standardization and governance to ensure consistent reporting.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Produce process and data design artifacts supporting business systems projects using process and data modeling techniques

  • Lead process design and data management projects for systems migration and integration with acquired businesses

  • Assist finance with gathering a variety of financial inputs from across the business

  • Design, build and maintain operational reports to help management monitor and run the business

  • Perform ad-hoc data research and queries from primary source systems

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather enterprise data requirements, and develop enterprise data management policies to standardize global operations

  • Prepare and provide project status and risk assessments with appropriate levels of detail to ensure that projects stay on schedule


  • 2-5 years? experience analyzing business processes, designing enterprise-scale data models, or integrating systems

  • Experience building process models, flowcharts, and data diagrams

  • Highly motivated self-starter with a desire to help others and take action

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into non-technical terms

  • Strong capabilities in data and process modeling/diagramming

  • Ability to independently work as a contributing member in a high-paced and focused team

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks with competing deadlines

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to work under pressure

  • Ability to socialize ideas and influence decisions without direct authority

  • Collaborative in nature with a strong desire to dig in and learn independently and as well as through asking questions

  • Considers ?best-practice? standards, as well as departmental policies and procedures
