Baylor Scott & White Health Supervisor Comphrensive Care Management RN in Temple, Texas
The Supervisor Comprehensive Care Management RN supervises the daily activities and staff responsible for assessing and coordinating patient care across the continuum to include case management, social work, and utilization review and care coordination to achieve optimal clinical and quality outcomes by effectively managing care and resources to reduce unnecessary utilization. The Supervisor Comprehensive Care Management RN provides administrative, technical and clinical supervision of assigned staff in accordance with industry best practices which includes the responsibility for hiring, firing, performance evaluation, education, staff development, work allocation, and problem resolution. The Supervisor Comprehensive Care Management RN trains and assists staff in identifying needs of the individuals and families served to ensure quality of care. The Supervisor Comprehensive Care Management RN identifies and implements standards of practice and care to achieve optimal clinical, financial, and patient satisfaction outcomes. The Supervisor Comprehensive Care Management RN participates in the development and implementation of standardized polices to achieve efficiency of operations and the provision of optimum patient care and ensures compliance with all institutional policies and regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate for The Supervisor Comprehensive Care Management RN position must have excellent interpersonal skills to interact with a wide range of constituencies, excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to standardize policies, procedures, and programs, ability to assist individuals in recognizing and solving problems and the ability to supervise, train, motivate, and provide guidance to staff.
