Description

A company in The Woodlands is in need of a General Office Clerk on a temporary to full-time basis. Duties include helping the background and verifications team and office administrator and helping unemployment with basic entry level tasks. These tasks could include, going through candidates and checking to see if they have been hired, completing wage audits for TWC, completing employment verifications. Requirements

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

• Be able to adapt and thrive in constantly changing environments

• Familiar with handling office equipment

  • Experience with Word and Excel

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to multitask and communicate effectively with individuals of all backgrounds

• Comprehensive knowledge of data entry

• Customer service experience required

• Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing

• 1 Year of Office Clerk experience at minimum suggested
